Terms of Service

Version 2026-02 · in effect from 20 August 2026

1. What this service is
We provide you with an Australian geographic telephone number. Calls made to
that number are redirected by our upstream telecommunications provider to the
Australian mobile number you have verified with us, or to the calling app if
   you have set one up.

2. What this service is not
The number receives calls only. It cannot make outbound calls, and it cannot
be used to call emergency services. It is not a replacement for a telephone
service and you should not rely on it as your only means of contact. Keep a
working mobile or landline for emergencies.

3. Your responsibilities
You must keep the details you give us accurate, in particular the mobile
number or app destination calls are sent to. You must ensure your use of the
service complies with all applicable laws.

4. Prohibited use
You must not use this service to harass or deceive anyone, to conceal your
identity from a person entitled to know it, or for any unlawful purpose. We
may suspend the service where we reasonably suspect unlawful, abusive or
   prohibited use.

5. What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee that using this service will reduce the cost of any call.
What a caller pays to reach your number is set by their own phone service,
not by us. We do not guarantee that any directory, marketplace or third party
will accept or list the number we assign to you.

6. Mobile carrier charges
Your mobile carrier may charge you to receive forwarded calls, including
where your mobile is overseas, connected to an overseas network, using
international roaming, or on a plan that charges for receiving forwarded
calls. Those charges are separate from your subscription and are your
responsibility. We do not track your location. If you wish to avoid possible
roaming charges, pause your service, change your destination number, or
   disable forwarding before you travel.

7. Suspension and review
We may suspend the service for suspected fraud, abuse, prohibited use,
non-payment or breach of these terms. Where it is practical and lawful to do
so, we will tell you and give you a way to ask us to review the decision.

8. Your number may change
We may need to change your assigned number — for example if our supplier
withdraws a number range. We will normally give you at least 14 days' notice,
and we will tell you what you need to do.

9. Billing, cancellation and refunds
Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time
from your account. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the
Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a remedy where a service is
not supplied with due care and skill.

10. Privacy
We collect only what we need to provide the service. We do not ask who calls
your number or why, and we have no access to what is said on a call. See our
    Privacy Policy.
